Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other offices in the Windsor area. Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we’ll explain what we’ve found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.

We do not charge for cancellations if 24 hours notice is given. Otherwise a full fee is applied. This allows us to offer your appointment to other patients. Thank you for your assistance.
Financial Policy and Chiroplan
We are committed to providing you with the best treatment possible in a caring environment, and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal. You will be expected to pay for your care at the time the service is rendered.
Chiroplan:
Many of our patients choose to use Chiroplan as their method of purchasing care.
We offer Chiroplan to help you finance your care, allowing you and your family to enjoy discounts to your treatment fees when you purchase them in advance. The more you purchase, the less you pay. There is no time limit to how long these treatments are valid for.
Chiroplan is also available for Physiotherapy and Sports Massage therapy.

Health Insurance:
We do not accept payments direct from health insurance companies.
Most health insurance policies will reimburse some chiropractic and physiotherapy care. But coverage varies from policy to policy, and constantly changes.
We are happy to provide you with receipts and practitioner registration details. Pass these on to your insurance provider and you will be reimbursed as your individual policy allows.
As some companies restrict the practitioners that they allow to register, we ask you to inform us of your insurance details so that you see the correct practitioner.
Please note that some of our policies may not be reimbursable under your policy.
You are ultimately responsible for your financial balance, allowing us to deliver the care that, in our judgement, can best help you in the restoration of your health.
